PUBLIC NOTICE

The City of Tracy announces its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of 0.1% for FAA-funded contracts and agreements. The proposed goal applies to airport projects during federal fiscal years 2026 through 2028 (10/1/2025–9/30/2027).

The proposed goal and supporting methodology are available for public inspection for 30 days from the date of this publication, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at Tracy City Hall, 336 Morgan Street, Tracy, MN. Questions regarding the proposed goal may be directed to Bollig Engineering at (320) 235-2555.

A public hearing teleconference will also be held on September 28, 2026, at 1pm, for any questions regarding the proposed goal. To join the teleconference, please call Bollig Engineering at the number listed above.

Comments on the DBE goal will be accepted for 30 days from the date of this publication and may be sent to:
