Section 8.50

Subd. 1. DISTRIBUTION OF HANDBILLS.

No person shall distribute handbills, pamphlets or advertising matter of any kind from house to house, unless such handbills, pamphlets or advertising matter shall be placed under the door of such house or so inserted near the doorknob as to insure they are not being blown about.
