Section 8.10

Subd 1. The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Ambient Air Quality Standards and Air Pollution Control Regulations are hereby adopted by reference in their entirety, except as follows;
     A. This Section shall be enforced by the Mayor of the City of Tracy, Minnesota.
     B. The date for compliance with any provision of said regulations and standards shall be measured from the date on which such regulations became effective as passed by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and not from the effective date of this section.

Subd 2. The regulations and standards hereby adopted by reference are those in effect as of September 15, 1982.

Subd 3. Any person who violates any provision of said regulations and standards shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, upon conviction thereof. Said punishment may be levied for each day during which such violation occurs and continues to occur.
