Section 8.40

Subd. 1. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to deface or in any manner injure any of the Electric, Light or Telephone poles within the City of Tracy, and no person shall hereafter place upon or attach to or cause to be placed upon or attached to any of said poles, any card, paper, advertisement, sign or anything whatever.

Subd. 2. It is a misdemeanor for any person, firm or corporation to violate any of the provisions of this Section.
