Section 8.12

Subd 1. The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Solid Waste Regulations and any amendments, are hereby adopted by reference in their entirety, except as follows:

     A. This Section shall be enforced by the Mayor of the City of Tracy, Minnesota.
     B. The date for compliance with any provisions of said regulations shall be as stated in said regulations or shall be measured from the date on which such regulations became effective as passed by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and not from the effective date of this Section. 

Subd 2. The regulations hereby adopted by reference are those in effect as of September 15, 1982.  

Subd 3. Any person who violates any provision of said regulations shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, upon conviction thereof. Said punishment may be levied for each day during which such violation occurs and continues to occur.
