Section 8.60

Subd 1. PROHIBITION OF GASOLINE TRANSPORTATION. No person shall transport any gasoline, aviation or otherwise, into or upon the premises of the Tracy Municipal Airport proper for any purpose, except by permission of the Tracy Fire Chief and/or Tracy Fire Marshal.

 

Subd 2. STORAGE OF COMBUSTIBLE LIQUIDS AND FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS. Combustible liquids and flammable liquids are defined in Article 9 (Definitions) of the 1988 Uniform Fire Code and amendments thereto shall be used and stored as provided by Article 24 (Airports) and Article 79 (Combustible and Flammable Liquids) of the 1988 Uniform Fire Code and amendments thereto.

 

Subd 3. ENFORCEMENT. This Ordinance shall be enforced by the offices of the Fire Chief of the Tracy Fire Department and the Fire Marshal of the City of Tracy.

 

Subd 4. VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES. It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to act contrary to or use, occupy, or maintain any building or structure or cause the same to be done at the Tracy Municipal Airport in violation of any provision of this Ordinance or the Codes mentioned by reference in this Ordinance.

 

Any person, firm or corporation violating this Ordinance or any code mentioned by reference in this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each day or portion thereof during which any such violation is committed.

 

A violation of this Ordinance or the Codes mentioned by reference in this Ordinance shall be a misdemeanor.
