Section 10.30

Subd 1.  PREAMBLE.   That certain streets in the Cowles and Davis, Randall and Youman's, Millers and Greenwood Additions to the City of Tracy were changed and renamed by prior informal action of the City Council.  That the plat entitled Cowles and Davis Addition to the City of Tracy, Minnesota is filed and recorded in the Office of the Lyon County Recorder on May 29, 1883 at 10:00 A.M.;  That the plat entitled Randall and Youman's Addition to the City of Tracy, Minnesota is filed and recorded in the Office of the Lyon County Recorder on June 3, 1879, at 4:00 P.M.;  That the plat entitled. 
Millers is filed and recorded in the Office of the Lyon County Recorder on April 5, 1904, at 9:00 A.M.;  That the plat entitled Greenwood Addition to the City of Tracy, Minnesota is filed and recorded in the Office of the Lyon County Recorder on July 18, 1941 at 11:00 A.M.

Subd 2.   AUTHORITY AND PURPOSE.  That under Minnesota Statutes 440.11, the Council of each Home Rule Charter City of the Fourth Class may by ordinance change the name of and re-name any of the streets, lanes, avenues, public highways, parks and public grounds of the City which shall immediately after publication of said ordinance be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the county in which the City is located. 

Subd 3.   CHANGE OF STREET NAMES.  That Center Street as designated in plat of Cowles and Davis Addition and Greenwood Addition be hereinafter known as Spring Street and State Street as designated in a plat of Cowles and Davis Addition be hereinafter know as Greenwood Avenue.  That Monroe Street as designated in the plat of Randall and Youman's and Millers Additions be hereinafter known as Youman and that Center Street as designated in the plat of Randall and Youman's Addition be hereinafter known as Randall.  

Subd 4.   FILING.  That this Section is filed with the Lyon County Recorder
