SECTION 3.102. ZONING MAP CHANGE.

Subd 1. The zoning boundaries of the zoning districts established by Section 3.10 of

the City Code are delineated and set forth in the official Zoning Map of the

City of

Subd 2. That the procedure for amending the Zoning Map is outlined in Subd 15 of

that

Subd 3. That the Zoning Map of the City of Tracy is amended as follows:

Commencing at the northwest corner of the property platted and registered

as the Tracy Industrial Park, thence 380 feet westerly, thence southerly 1480

feet to the northerly boundary of the Blake Nehls property, thence easterly

380 feet, thence northerly to the point of origin shall be rezoned from R-2

(multiple residential district) to I-1 (limited industrial district).

Subd 4. The Director of Public Works shall prepare and submit a preliminary plat of

said property which shall contain all the data set forth in Subd 4 of Section

3.20 and upon approval of the preliminary plat by the Planning Commission

and City Council, he shall prepare a final plat for recording purposes as

required in Subd 5 of Section 3.20 and in accordance with the provisions of

the Minnesota State Statutes and applicable Municipal and County

regulations.
