SECTION 3.103

Subd 1. That the zoning boundaries of the zoning districts established by Section 3.10 of

              the City Code are delineated and set forth in the official zoning map of the City of Tracy.

                        

                                   

 Subd 2. That the procedure for amending the Zoning Map is outlined in Subd 15 of that section 

 Subd 3. That the Zoning Map of the City of Tracy is amended as follows:

 

               Commencing at the center point of the intersection of Greenwood Avenue and 4th

               Street; thence westerly 93 feet; thence southerly 185 feet; thence westerly 300

                feet; thence southerly 567.5 feet; thence easterly 393 feet; thence northerly to

                the point of origin, shall be rezoned from R-2 (multiple residence district) and

                R-1 (single family residence district) to an I-1 (limited industrial district).
