SECTION 3.108

The City of Tracy does ordain:

 

                       SECTION 1.     As provided by Minnesota law and the provisions of the Tracy City Code, the following described real estate is rezoned from an R-1 One and Two Family Residence District to an I-1 Limited Industrial District: 

                      All that part of the North ½ Section 23, R. 109N., R.40W., Lyon County, Minnesota, described as follows: commencing at the point of intersection of the Southerly line of Morgan Street and the Westerly line of 6^th Street for a Point of Beginning; thence Northwesterly along said Southerly line of Morgan Street a distance of 185 feet; thence Southwesterly and parallel with said Westerly line of 6^th Street to the Northerly line of South Street; thence Southeasterly along said Northerly line of South Street to the point of intersection of same with the Westerly line of 6^th Street; then Northeasterly along said Westerly line of 6^th Street to the Point of Beginning.

 

                        SECTION 2.     The City of Tracy zoning map is amended to reflect said zoning.

 

                        SECTION 3.       This ordinance shall become effective 30 days after passage and publication.

 

                        Passed and adopted by a unanimous vote of the Tracy City Council, all members being present and voting, on January 24, 2005.
